At Cloud Brine Creative, our missions is to elevate food and beverage experiences through thoughtful consulting, strategic management, and seamless event production. We partner with hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs, brands and venues to transform vision into execution - blending creativity, operational expertise, and industry insight to build concepts that thrive.
Our History
Founded by Dré Glass, Cloud Brine Creative was born from over 20 years of hands-on hospitality leadership. After leaving her full time job in 2023, Dré founded Cloud Brine Creative with a clear purpose: to bring bold ideas to life and create meaningful community-driven experiences in the hospitality industry.
Rooted in new Orleans, and proudly woman-owned and operated, Cloud Brine Creative is build on expertise spanning bars, beverage brands, restaurants, food service operations, brand development, and large scale production. From building high performing beverage programs and launching brands, including her own Once Around The Kitchen, to producing immersive events and managing complex operations, Dré Glass understands hospitality from the inside out.
